JCoBee is a structural intelligence platform for the lower middle market. The Service provides structural deal scoring, AI-generated deal memos, market context comparisons, bankability testing, and deal pipeline management, plus a Chrome browser extension for capturing business-for-sale listings.
The information, analysis, scores, memos, and other content provided are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The Service does not replace professional due diligence. All decisions should be made in consultation with qualified professionals. JCoBee makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.
JCoBee is not a business broker, dealer, or marketplace. We do not facilitate transactions or represent any party. Listings are sourced from publicly available information for analytical purposes only.
Data and analysis are derived from publicly available listing information provided by third-party brokers and marketplaces. We do not independently verify accuracy. Users should independently verify all information before making decisions.
Deal memos, structural analyses, and scores are generated using artificial intelligence and may contain errors or incomplete assessments. These are analytical tools to support your research and judgment, not definitive conclusions.
You are responsible for your account security. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, scraping, misrepresentation, interference with operations, or unauthorized access.
The extension is limited to 20 captures per calendar month per account for personal deal research. You agree not to use it for automated scraping or data harvesting. You are responsible for complying with third-party website terms.
The JCoBee platform, scoring methodology, analytical frameworks, design, and code are our intellectual property. User-generated content (notes, tags, pipeline data) remains your property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCoBee shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, errors in content, decisions based on information from the Service, or unauthorized access. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties.
You agree to indemnify JCoBee from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
